Our Story: The Journey to Faith and Farm Life
Growing up in the city, I always dreamed of a life away from the noise and pollution – a small ranch where I could live more simply, sustain my family, and find peace. From a young age, I knew this was the life I wanted, surrounded by animals and the land, away from the fast-paced world.
After facing many trials, I made the leap and moved to the desert, where I found not only the space to build my dream but also a deeper connection to God. It was in that stillness and solitude that I heard His calling, and every day since has been a blessing, guiding me to live out the dream I had as a little girl.
Today, Little German Girls Homestead is a self-sustaining farm that provides fresh, faith-raised livestock and products for my family and the community. From goats, sheep, and pigs to eggs, milk, wool, and homemade soap, every product is made with love and care. We also share our knowledge and experience through ranch-hand help and tutorials because I believe that knowledge is meant to be shared, not hoarded.
Our journey wasn’t without its challenges – it took years to find the right foundation stock and build a network of loyal customers. But the support and connections I’ve found along the way have been worth every hurdle. Our mission is simple: to slow down, to reflect on God’s glory, and to offer a helping hand to those who need it. Whether you're looking for high-quality farm goods or a community of fellow homesteaders, we're here to help you on your journey, too.
At Little German Girls Homestead, we don’t just raise animals – we raise faith. Come join us and experience what it means to live with purpose, passion, and peace.
